Actions to be completed by Practices
As most GP Practices will be closed during the May Spring Bank Holiday on Monday, 31st May 2021, we wanted to make sure you are aware of how to make your Engage Consult service ‘out of hours’ for this date only. What this means is that when a Patient tries to contact you via Engage Consult, your service will tell the Patient that it is ‘out of hours’ and that you will be available to respond to the request on the next working day.
