We listened to your feedback that messages were taking too long to type especially when you’ve written the same message on a previous consultation. Therefore we’ve created the feature ‘Autofill Responses’ where once you have written the message, you can click ‘Add to my autofill list’ to use the same message next time!
All you have to do is to start typing a word from the message and you’ll see your message appear in green below the message box. Simply click the message and it will populate the box. You can still edit the message if required.
