How does the free no-obligation Engage Web trial work?
We can create a trial GP surgery website for you using content from a current website, a practice leaflet or any other information you can email to us.
As soon as it’s ready, we send you the login details so that you can view the website and begin adapting and changing the pages to suit your needs.
We will host your trial website on one of our sub domains so you’re able to make changes in a live environment without your trial website being accessible to your patients or searchable on the internet.
Editing your website is straight forward, however we are always here to help if you need us. There is no time limit on the trial website, but as soon as you are ready to purchase the website, Engage Health Systems would register you a free NHS domain of your choice ending in .nhs.uk (English sites), .scot.nhs.uk (Scottish sites) or .wales.nhs.uk (Welsh sites). If you wish to keep a website address you already have, then we can simply replace your old site with the new one using the same domain name.
What does Engage Web cost?
A GP surgery website built and managed by Engage Health Systems Ltd costs £199 +VAT per year. This price includes support as well as hosting.
Isle of Man customers
Unfortunately a free NHS domain is not available for you.
However, you can still go ahead with a GP surgery website package from Engage Health Systems . In order to host your website, we would purchase you a .co.uk domain of your choice. The cost of the domain is £14.99 per year.
We advise buying a security certificate to ensure your website is https secure – read more. It is important for a website to be https secure if you are entering personal information – for example, completing online forms etc.. A security certificate cost £9.99 +VAT per year.
Purchasing our website package for Isle of Man customers (including .co.uk domain, a security certificate, support and hosting) is therefore £223.98 +VAT per year.
