To support the transformation of its service delivery, and ahead of NHS England’s recommended requirements for GP practices to move to a total triage system, Langport Surgery embedded the online consultation platform, Engage Consult.
Yorkshire Health Partners led an online GP consultation pilot scheme using Engage Consult to successfully enhance efficiencies and improve access and turnaround, to facilitate better ways of working for GP surgeries and care homes.
We are delighted to announce that we are releasing an update to Engage Consult today which will allow patients to log in to Engage Consult using their NHS Login.
Please note that Engage Consult will be unavailable to all users due to a platform upgrade taking place from 19.00 - 23.59 on Thursday 17th December 2020.

From mid-April 2020, White Horse began using Engage Consult as their Total Triage engine for the surgery.
